Shipping & Delivery
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
In the case of delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control, we will immediately contact you to confirm that you would still like to place your order.
We offer free shipping in the United States (Excluding: Alaska, Hawaii).
No shipping is offered outside of the USA (Some exceptions apply - if the website permits you to check out and enter your shipping address, you will receive your order).
We require that you provide a Shipping Address Phone Number due the size and value of our products.
In-Store Pickup
We do not offer in-store pickup.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We do not offer shipping to P.O. boxes.
Returns and Refunds
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount (exclusions apply). Please refer to the Return and Refund Policy.
Cancelations (Before Order Ships)
Orders must be canceled within 24 hours to avoid a 3% merchant processing fee. If you need to cancel an order, please do so immediately by emailing support@pitmasterpal.com. If an order has left the warehouse, the customer is responsible for return shipping cost as well as the 3% merchant processing fee. If an order is canceled after it has shipped, it will be treated as a regular 30-day return and will be subject to return shipping cost and restocking fees that are the responsibility of the customer.
Cancellations of Custom Orders
Custom or made to order products cannot be canceled or refunded, as these products are put into production specifically for your order. All sales are final for custom made and made-to-order products.
Damaged Orders
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@pitmasterpal.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
